Joseph Lam is Deputy General Counsel of ACP.  Prior to joining ACP, Joseph was a private equity associate at Ropes & Gray LLP based in San Francisco, where he provided advice to a broad range of private equity sponsors and founder sellers on transactional and general corporate matters.  He previously worked as an attorney at A&O Shearman and MinterEllison in Sydney, Australia.  Joseph received his LLB and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, and is qualified to practice in California and New South Wales.
