We formed SYFS Parent to acquire a majority stake in Sequel Youth and Family Services. Sequel is a leading, national provider of diversified behavioral health services. Since our initial investment, SYFS Parent acquired Rebecca & Aaron Schools (2017) and Pine Cone Therapies (2020), which since 2022 have been operated under the name Gracent.
