In 2014, we acquired a majority stake in Intuitive Health (fka Legacy ER & Urgent Care). INtuitive Health was founded in 2008 to offer a unique healthcare services model combining both urgent care and emergency care in an outsourced / freestanding format. INtuitive Health’s unique hybrid model has distinct advantages relative to competition, as it triages patients appropriately based on the acuity of their cases, avoiding unnecessary costs of unwarranted emergency care.
