Amy Guggenheim Shenkan

Amy Guggenheim Shenkan is a Senior Advisor to Altamont Capital Partners’ portfolio companies, where she brings deep expertise in driving growth through innovative digital transformations. She currently serves on the board of directors of Hybrid Apparel and previously served on the board of Byrider.

Amy is an experienced corporate director, public company officer, and president with a background in both public and private equity-backed companies. A former McKinsey & Company digital transformation leader, she has a long track record of helping U.S. and international organizations leverage technology for strategic advantage. Her expertise includes innovating omnichannel distribution models, evolving go-to-market and product strategies, and executing mergers and integrations while leading complex cultural transformations.

Her operating experience spans leadership roles at industry leaders including McKinsey & Company, GE, Wells Fargo, Travelocity, and Common Sense Media. Amy also serves on the boards of RingCentral (NYSE: RNG), EverCommerce (NASDAQ: EVCM), Pickles Auctions, The GroundTruth Project, and the Silicon Valley Directors’ Exchange. Her previous board experience includes Zuora (NYSE: ZUO), which was taken private by Silver Lake in 2025, as well as RB Global (NYSE: RBA), E.L.F. Cosmetics, and vRide.

Amy earned a B.A. in Economics and Psychology, graduating summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Michigan. She holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and is NACD Directorship Certified™.
