In 2015, we provided capital to support Douglas Products’ purchase of Dow AgroSciences’ Vikane and ProFume fumigants business. Founded in 1916, Douglas is a leading manufacturer and distributor of specialty chemical products for pest management, thermal fluids and sanitary sewer applications.

Carveout orphaned products division of Dow into a standalone platform with complementary services
