Charlie Ngo

Charlie Ngo is an Operating Partner at Altamont Capital Partners. Charlie provides strategic and operational support across the firm’s portfolio, working with management teams on growth strategy, pricing, analytics, business development, and transformation initiatives. Before joining ACP, Charlie was Senior Vice President, Strategy and Business Development at The Juice Plus+ Company, where he led enterprise strategy and business development efforts. Prior to Juice Plus, Charlie held several leadership roles at Frontdoor, including Vice President of Strategy and Transformation and Vice President of Strategy, Pricing and Analytics, where he led teams focused on corporate strategy, pricing, customer analytics, and operational transformation.

Earlier in his career, Charlie held strategy, pricing, and revenue management roles at ServiceMaster, supporting businesses including American Home Shield and Terminix. He also worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance in product management and business consulting roles.

Charlie earned his M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
