Chris Marshall is an Operating Partner at Altamont Capital Partners, specializing in transformation and performance improvement projects. With more than a decade of experience, Chris excels in navigating complex financial landscapes, ensuring organizational resilience and adaptability.
Before joining Altamont, Chris was a Managing Director at FTI Consulting. At FTI, he worked across a variety of industries, and his experience included turnaround and restructuring, performance improvement, interim management, due diligence and merger integration. Chris built liquidity forecasts, long-term business plans and financial analyses used in a variety of applications supporting restructuring processes, internal management reporting, cash flow management, executive and board review, and external constituent diligence processes. He also has experience identifying and implementing process improvement solutions for his clients.
Chris also worked as an Investment Banking Associate in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group where he managed complex balance sheet restructurings and distressed M&A processes, representing both companies and lenders.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder. He is a holder of the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
