Danyel O’Connor brings more than 20 years of progressive CPG experience and an insightful, results-driven approach to her role as role as Senior Advisor at Altamont Capital Partners. Danyel has an impressive history championing the success of diverse branded companies in high-growth atmospheres.
Danyel is currently Chief Executive Officer of Cravings by Chrissy Teigen. Previously, she served as EVP Sales & Marketing at Good Foods Group, a family-owned company based in Wisconsin specializing in producing fresh, healthy, and natural food products, including guacamole, dips, salsas, and a variety of pre-packaged rotisserie chicken salads.
Danyel leverages her strong background in commercial strategy development and execution – marketing, customer success, innovation, R&D, commercialization, competitive assessment, consumer behavior, and sales – to build cohesive brands employing data-driven decision-making, fostering increased product awareness and expansion. Danyel is a mentor to emerging talent – a leader-by-example with a “we” mentality and a focus on organizational behavior and culture.
Danyel is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development, and earned a BS in Advertising at the University of Minnesota – St. Cloud.
