Johan Nordenson is an Operating Partner with Altamont Capital, focusing on value creation and Sustainability / Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).
Prior to joining Altamont, he was on the leadership team of one of Altamont’s portfolio companies, driving value creation and sustainability initiatives, and before that he worked on value creation for TA Associates. Johan also spent several years in management consulting, most recently at The Boston Consulting Group. His time in consulting included multiple years improving operations, repositioning companies for growth / revenue enhancement and leading M&A due diligence. In addition to his career in consulting and private equity, he was also part of the leadership team at Brooks Brothers and worked in Product Development and Marketing at Unilever and Procter & Gamble.
Johan has a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Lund University in Sweden.
