Tony Faulkner is an Operating Partner with ACP. Mr. Faulkner is an operator and executive with over 35 years of experience in executive leadership, strategy, operations, operational turnarounds and management consulting. Prior to joining ACP, Mr. Faulkner was a Global Vice President for JABIL a leading global contract manufacturer where he led operations and growth strategies for America, Mexico and Brazil with nine facilities and over 25,000 employees.
Before that, Mr. Faulkner was an Operating Partner for the Blackstone Group where he was responsible for portfolio company growth strategies and operational improvements that resulted in the sale of four companies creating impressive value realization for their investors. Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Faulkner was the Chief Operating Officer for Lineage Power where he was responsible for a global business turnaround in North America, Asia Pacific and Europe, resulting in the sale of the company with impressive value realization. Mr. Faulkner’s other assignments were President of Mexico Operations, Senior Vice President, chief manufacturing officer for Panasonic Automotive Systems of America, where he was responsible for growth, global manufacturing strategies for operations in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America, internal and external quality, warranty service, global quality, quality systems, sales operations and global logistics. He also held senior leadership positions as Vice President of Global Operations across five countries for PBR International an Australian-based company, Arvin Industries as director of Supply Chain Management, and with AMBRAKE Corporation, as manager of Quality Assurance and Supplier Development.
Mr. Faulkner spent 21 years in the U.S. Army retiring as Chief Warrant officer. He is a past board member of Bluewater metal treatment, Stolle machine and a past board member and Chairman of Group Dekko. Mr. Faulkner is a current Director of Tall Tree Foods. Mr. Faulkner earned business degrees from the University of Maryland and University of Kentucky. He also completed an Executive Level Leadership MBA Program at the University of South Carolina and the IMD School of Business in Switzerland.
