Executive Partners are not employees or affiliates of Altamont Capital Partners but often contribute to our deal flow, due diligence processes and ongoing portfolio operations by providing third party consulting services. They also frequently serve as directors at, or hold interim or full-time executive positions with, portfolio companies. In exchange for such services, they are compensated by the Altamont Capital funds and/or such portfolio companies.
